Packaging for ‘Project construction’ project. Each project will include the relevant parts to constrict a data graphic for each project.
Acetate etchings for self promotion diagrams. Like the way they are delicate and simplistic, but not sure what direction this could go in?
Development from self promotions infographics folder and cards. The cards represent the project on my website. The cards represent a different project type, with relevant info on the cards such as typeface used, paper weight and name and who the project was for.
Green=print, Black=brand, Grey=digital and White=Web.
Maybe a bit too similar to the last report project I did. Bit too simplistic?

Nice piece by Nikki Chung. The amount of page on each book represent the number of tourists in each country.

Perfected Cinema 4D version! Had trouble with floor and setting up environment. Happy with lighting. Would like to animate this but a little short on time.
Also it was decided that it maybe wasn’t relevant to create a 2D version of a 3D style piece? Would be better to develop into actual 3D, models etc.
Tactile reporting; an annual report for a company showing data for the year. Includes a fold out poster that incorporates all the data. The cards show a breakdown of this of simple donut graphs.
Although wanted to do something in 3D to lead on from my 3D style infographics, it isn’t possible (in the short time left) to create or even mock something up. It was mentioned taking the idea and creating large scale movable furniture, carrying on from the idea of the construction of information layers. Maybe this could be continued after the project?
The paper sculptures just posted by Matt Shilan are a really nice example of mixing 3D paper sculpture with design. I think maybe the idea of a flip book might be a nice way to bring the data to life a bit?
